Subject : Requirement of Certification regarding export of Betel Leaves.
S.O. (E) – In exercise of powers conferred by Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act, 1992 (No. 22 of 1992), as amended, read with Para 1.02 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2015-20, the Central Government, with immediate effect, hereby makes the following amendments in Schedule-2 (Export Policy) of ITC HS) Classification of Export and Import Items, as amended from time to time : –
A new entry at Sl. No. 90 A in Chapter -14 (Export Policy) of ITC (HS) Classification of Export and Import items is added as follows : –
CHAPTER – 14
Vegetable Planting Materials, Vegetable Products not elsewhere specified or included.
