Seeks to rescind notification No. 51/2015-Customs (ADD) dated 21st October, 2015, to revoke ADD imposed on All Fully drawn or Fully Oriented Yarn/ Spin Draw Yarn/ Flat yarn of polyester (non-textured and non-POY) originating in or exported from China PR and Thailand

Notification No. 48/2020-Customs (ADD)

G.S.R. 811(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (5) of section 9A of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 (51 of 1975), the Central Government hereby rescinds the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 51/2015-Customs (ADD) dated the 21st October, 2015, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i) vide number G.S.R. 804(E), dated the 21st October, 2015 except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such rescission.

Note : The principal notification No. 51/2015-Customs (ADD) dated the 21st October, 2015 was published vide number G.S.R. 804(E), dated the 21st October, 2015 and last amended by notification No. 39/2020-Customs (ADD) dated the 26th November, 2020 published vide number G.S.R. 738(E), dated the 26th November, 2020.
