Notification No. 41/2010–Customs (N.T.),New Delhi, the 14th May,2010
S.O. (E). – In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 and sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), number 72/2009-Customs (N.T.), dated the 30th June, 2009, namely:-
In the said notification, for the words and brackets “Commissioner of Customs (Adjudication), Delhi”, the words and brackets, “Commissioner of Customs, Inland Container Depot, Tughlakabad, New Delhi” shall be substituted.
