This notification further amends notification No. 39/96-Cus., dated 23-7-1996.

Notification No. 103/2000-Customs

G.S.R. (E) :- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 39/96-Customs, dated the 23rd July, 1996, namely:-

In the table annexed to the said notification, against S.No. 15,in column (3), in the Explanation, for the word and figure “August, 2000”, the word and figure “August 2001” shall be substituted.
