Notification No. 83/2003-Customs(N.T.)

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Commissioner of Customs (Appeals), Mumbai-II, as Commissioner of Customs (Appeals), Mumbai-I, for the purpose of deciding the appeals filed before the Commissioner of Customs (Appeals), Mumbai-I on and from the 1^st January, 1999 to 31^st December, 2001.
