Notification  No. 56/2006-Customs (N.T)

S.O.  (E). – In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 and sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) and sub- rule (1) of rule 3 of Central Excise Rule, 2002, the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Commissioner of Central Excise, Thane-II, Nav Prabhat Chambers, Ranade  Road, Dadar, Mumbai, and authorises him to exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred or imposed on the –

(i) Commissioner of Customs(Export), Air Cargo Complex, Sahar, Mumbai;

(ii) Commissioner of Central Excise and Customs and Service Tax, Raigad, Khandeshwar, Navi Mumbai; and

(iii) Commissioner of Central Excise and Customs, Belapur, Navi Mumbai,

for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to Show Cause Notice pertaining to M/s. FDC Limited, 142-148, S.V. Road, Jogeshwari (West), Mumbai and others, issued, vide, F.No.DRI/BZU/F/01/2005 dated the 27th September, 2005 by the Additional Director General, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, 1st Floor, Construction House, Walchand Hirachand Marg, Ballard Estate, Mumbai- 400038.
