Notification No. 55/2010–Customs (N.T.), dated 07-07-2010,

Appoints Common Adjudicating Authority

S.O. (E). – In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 and sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Commissioner of Customs (Adjudication), New Delhi to exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred or imposed on-

(i) the Commissioner of Customs (Mulund CFS and General), New Customs House, Mumbai

(ii) the Commissioner of Customs (Import), Jawaharlal Nehru Customs House, Nava Sheva, Raigad, Maharashtra

(iii) the Commissioner of Customs, Inland Container Depot, Tughlakabad, New Delhi

for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to Show Cause Notice pertaining to M/s. Kundan Rice Mills and others, issued vide F.No. DRI/23/65/2008/DZU dated 9th January, 2009 by the Additional Director General, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Delhi Zonal Unit, B – 4, 6th Floor, Paryavaran Bhawan, CGO Complex, Lodhi Road,  New Delhi.
