Notification No. 33/2006-Customs (N.T.)

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Commissioner of Customs and Central Excise, B-123, Sector-5 Noida, District Gautam Budh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, to act as Joint Commissioner of Customs (Import), Inland Container Depot, Tughlakabad, New Delhi for the purposes of adjudicating the matters relating to show cause notice pertaining to M/s Parsvnath Developers Limited, G-2, Arunanchal, 19, Barakhamba Road, New Delhi, issued, vide, DRI F.No.50D/ 85/2005-CI dated  the 29^th December, 2005 by the Additional Director General, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, ‘D’ Block, 7^th Floor, Indraprasth Bhawan,  Indraprasth Estate, New Delhi-110002.
