Notification No. 31/2006-Customs (N.T.)

27th March, 2006

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Commissioner of Customs (Import), New Customs House, Ballard Estate, Mumbai, to act as, –

(i) The Commissioner of Customs (General), New Customs House, Ballard Estate, Mumbai,; and

(ii) The Commissioner of Customs (Port), Kolkata

for the purposes of adjudicating the matters relating to show cause notice pertaining to M/s Nitco Tiles Limited, 85-86, 8^th Floor, Maker Chambers-III, Nariman Point, Mumbai and others, issued, vide, F.No.DRI/BZU/C/14/2004, dated the 15^th March, 2005 by the Additional Director General, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Mumbai Zonal Unit, 3^rd/4^th Floor, Hotel Waldorf Building, 16 Arthur Bunder Road, Colaba, Mumbai- 400006.
