Notification No. 13/2012-Customs (N.T.)

 New Delhi,  the 24^th January, 2013.

S.O.    (E). – In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby imposes the Deputy Commissioner of Customs, Inland Container Depot, Loni, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, to exercise the powers and discharge the duties as adjudicating authority over the powers and duties exercisable by –

(i) the Deputy Commissioner of Customs, Inland Container Depot Loni, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.

(ii) the Deputy Commissioner of Customs, Inland Container Depot Tughlakabad, New Delhi.

for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to Show Cause Notice issued to M/s  Dharmendra Kumar, B-253, D.A. Flats, Timarpur, Delhi., issued vide Directorate of Revenue Intelligence  F.No. VIII/26/5/LZU/2012 3358 to 3362, dated the 13^th September, 2012, by the Deputy Director, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Lucknow Zonal Unit, Lucknow..
