Notification No. 119/2003-Customs(N.T.)
In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 157, read with sub-section (2) of section 76C of the Customs Act, 1962 (52of 1962), the Board hereby makes the following regulations to amend the Special Economic Zones (Customs Procedures) Regulations, 2003, namely:-
1. (1) These regulations may be called the Special Economic Zones (Customs Procedures) (Amendment) Regulations, 2003.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Special Economic Zones (Customs Procedures) Regulations, 2003, in regulation 1, in sub-regulation (3), for the figures, letters and words “1st day of January, 2004″, the figures, letters and words “1st day of March, 2004 ” shall be substituted.
