The Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC), through Notification No. 58/2026-Customs (N.T.) dated June 22, 2026, has appointed a common adjudicating authority for adjudication of multiple customs show cause notices issued against Flexituff Ventures International Limited, Flexituff International Ltd., and associated noticees. Exercising powers under Sections 3, 4, and 5 of the Customs Act, 1962, the notification authorizes the Principal Commissioner/Commissioner of Customs, Indore Customs Headquarters, to adjudicate show cause notices originally issued by different customs authorities, including Indore Customs Commissionerate, Noida Customs Commissionerate, and the Inland Container Depot, Tughlakabad, New Delhi. The notification consolidates adjudication of related proceedings before a single authority to ensure administrative efficiency, consistency, and coordinated decision-making. It specifies the relevant show cause notice numbers, corrigenda, and the original adjudicating authorities while confirming that the notification comes into force from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.

S.O. 3299(E).In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4, read with section 3 and sub-sections (1), (1A), (4) and (5) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs, hereby appoints the officer mentioned in column (5) of the Table below to exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred on the officers mentioned in column (4) thereof, for the purpose of adjudication of the show cause notices, mentioned in column (3) of the said Table, in respect of the noticees mentioned in column (2) therein, namely:-
