Notification No. 18/2004-Customs (N.T.)

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby amends the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No.27/2000-CUSTOMS (N.T), dated the 27th April, 2000,published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section 3, Sub-section (i), vide G.S.R. 359(E), dated the 27th April, 2000 , namely: –

In the said notification, for the words and brackets “Commissioner of Customs (Air Cargo), New Delhi”, the words and brackets “Commissioner of Customs (Import and General), New Customs House, New Delhi” shall be substituted.
