Notification No. 31/2004-Customs (N.T.)

In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 62/94-Customs (N.T.), dated the 21st November, 1994, namely:-

In the said notification, in the Table, against serial number 6 relating to the State of Karnataka, against item (4)  occurring in column (3) relating to Malpe, in column (4), for item number (b) and the entries relating thereto, the following item number and entries  shall be substituted, namely:-

“(b) Loading of following goods for export, namely:-

(i)  Iron and manganese ore, fish and fish products;

(ii) Coffee Husk.”.

Note:  The Principal Notification was published in the Gazette of India vide Notification No. 62/94-Customs (NT), dated the 21st November, 1994 (S.O. 829 (E), dated the 21st November, 1994) and lastly amended by Notification No. 15/2004-Customs (NT) dated 9th February, 2004.
