CLASS OF TRADEMARK DESCRIPTION

Trademark registration protects your company’s goodwill and reputation across the world. With a trademark, one may readily familiarise his or her company with the target market. Graphics, text, words, or a mix of these components can all be used to represent a trademark. It may be used on the company’s letter pad, service and product banners, marketing brochures, business cards, and more. All of these valuable materials, as well as the precise use of trademarks, would effectively bring the company up to speed. Well, one of the places in the trademark registration procedure where you must indicate the trademark classes, such as the category of items and services for which the proposed brand is being used, is where you must specify the trademark classes.

Goods and Services with Trademark Classes

There are a total of 45 classifications for various commodities and services, including 34 classes for products and 11 for services. The primary goal of trademark categorization for products and services is to provide a thorough hierarchy of which trademarks are used in which categories. It will be simple for government entities to manage the trademark classes list on a home and worldwide level if they adopt this technique.
