Subject:- Changes in the Revised Application Form for Certificate of Coverage in respect of Indian Worker (having Indian Passport) going to work in country with which India is having Social Security Agreement –reg.
Sir,
This has reference to the circular of even number dated 30.06.2017 vide which the revised single application form for Certificate for Coverage was issued in view of the new COC application software.
A few minor changes have since been made in the revised single application form to include the details of family members accompanying the employee abroad and the business activity (Industry, Trade Services) of his/her present employer in India to be incorporated if required .
The revised application for certificate of Coverage (copy enclosed herewith) may henceforth be utilized in the new online system for generation of COC which is available on the “International Workers Portal- accessible on the home page of EPFO‘s website http://www.epfindia.gov.in
