Re: Reconstitution of Reinsurance Advisory Committee
As per provisions under Section 101B of the Insurance Act, 1938; the Authority hereby reconstitutes the Reinsurance Advisory Committee (RAC) with the Chairman and Members as mentioned below:

The DGM (Re-insurance) will function as Secretary to the Reinsurance Advisory Committee.
The committee is constituted with immediate effect and the tenure of the committee shall be for a period of three years from the date of publication in the IRDAI website.
This has approval of the Competent Authority.
