President allows to withdraw funds from Consolidated Fund of UT of J&K to meet expenditure

New Delhi, the 31st October, 2019

S.O. 3938(E).—Consequent upon the Proclamation issued on this, the 31st October, 2019, by me under section 73 of the Jammu and Kashmir Reorganisation Act, 2019 read with articles 239 and 239A of the Constitution and in pursuance of section 74 of the Jammu and Kashmir Reorganisation Act, 2019 and of all other powers enabling me in that behalf, I hereby authorise the expenditure out of the Consolidated Fund of the Union Territory of the Jammu and Kashmir pending the sanction of such expenditure by Parliament.
