Petition challenging Linkage of Aadhaar for Welfare Schemes in SC

The Ramon Magsaysay Award winner Shanta Sinha and feminist researcher Kalyani Sen Menon have filed the accompanying writ petition under Article 32 of the Constitution of India in public interest challenging the constitutional validity of the Aadhaar (Targeted Delivery of Financial and other Subsidies, Benefits and Services) Act, 2016  raising various issues, including among others, protection of fundamental rights under Article 14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India in Supreme Court.
