Madhya Pradesh High Court has dismissed a miscellaneous petition filed by Abhishek Ranjan, upholding the decision of the Principal Judge, Family Court, Rewa, which refused to accept secondary evidence in the form of recorded conversations between the husband and wife. The husband had sought to introduce these recordings to substantiate claims of cruelty against his wife, Hemlata Choubey.
