VERIFICATION OF INVESTORS CLAIMS OF HEERA GROUP IN TERMS OF ORDERS DATED 28.10.2021 PASSED BY HON’BLE SUPREME COURT IN WP (CRL.) NO.31/2022 & CA NO.761-762/2021 AND OTHER BATCH PETITIONS

A list of 6788 claims received as on 18.07.2022 along with deficiencies noticed in the scrutiny of claims, is being posted on the website for the information of investor claimants concerned to submit requisite information/documents for rectification of deficiencies mentioned against each, in the form of additional affidavit to the original affidavit, by 01.08.2022 by speed post, for further verification. In such additional affidavits, Sr.No. of original claim number may invariably be referred to for ease of reference.
Secondly, it may be noted that the instant claims verification process is being carried out as per the Orders dated 28.10.2021 passed by the Hon’ble Supreme Court, and Claims received in the Affidavit notified would only be verified.
