As you would be aware, the Ministry of Corporate Affairs has commenced system migration to a new version – Version 3 of the MCA portal and in this regard, as the first phase, the go-live of the revised and enhanced LLP forms has commenced.
We appreciate the intense complexity of such a project and the relevance to all stakeholders and have volunteered to help MCA in this regard. In the last few days, a small team from ICAI has also been attempting to familiarise ourselves with the various forms to assist in this matter.
In order to assist the MCA as well as our professional fraternity, we have set up a google form link wherein you can report “any issues” that you come across when you attempt to access and use LLP FORMS. A dedicated team has been set up by the CLCGC of ICAI to categorise and group similar issues for quicker resolution and escalation to the Technical team. Kindly use one submission per Form type as it would help us to consolidate issues quicky. This initiative is to assist the users of the MCA portal and provide proactive support as a partner in Nation Building.
