Lieutenant Governor to exercise Power under Real Estate Act 2016 in Delhi

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 2nd May, 2017

S.O. 1395(E).— In pursuance of clause (1) of article 239 of the Constitution, the President hereby directs that the powers of the appropriate Government under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (16 of 2016) shall, subject to the control of the President and until further orders, be exercised, in relation to the National Capital Territory of Delhi, by the Lieutenant Governor thereof.
