♦ Acrylonitrile (Quality Control) Amendment Order, 2020,

♦ Maleic Anhydride (Quality Control) Amendment Order, 2020

♦ Methyl Acrylate , Ethyl acrylate, n- butyl Acrylate (Quality Control) Amendment Order, 2020

♦ Styrene (Vinyl Benzene) (Quality Control) Amendment Order, 2020

♦ Vinyl Acetate Monomer (Quality Control) Amendment Order, 2020

ORDER
New Delhi, the 26th April, 2021

S.O. 1692(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 16 of the Bureau of Indian Standards Act, 2016 (11 of 2016) , the Central Government, after consulting the Bureau of Indian Standards, is of the opinion that it is necessary so to do in the public interest, hereby makes the following order to amend the Acrylonitrile (Quality Control) Order, 2020, namely:-

1. (1) Short title and commencement – (1) This order may be called the Acrylonitrile (Quality Control) Amendment Order, 2020.

(2) It shall come in the force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the Acrylonitrile (Quality Control) Order, 2020, in paragraph 1, for sub-paragraph (2), the following sub-paragraph shall be substituted, namely:-

(2) This order shall come into force on the expiry of one hundred and eighty days from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the Maleic Anhydride (Quality Control) Order, 2020, in paragraph 1, for sub-paragraph (2), the following sub-paragraph shall be substituted, namely: –

“(2) This order shall come into force on the expiry of one hundred and eighty days from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.

(2) This order shall come into force on the expiry of one hundred and eighty days from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
