Sub: Providing calculation sheet to the subscribers at the time of Provident Fund withdrawal-regarding.

Please refer to the subject cited above.
2. In order to increase transparency in respect of provident fund settlement withdrawal and to reduce the confusion & grievances of the subscribers, it has been decided that calculation worksheet of provident fund withdrawal of each member is to be provided either on their registered mobile number or the Email ID provided in the claim form. Accordingly, Regional Offices may be directed to provide the details of calculation sheet to the PF subscribers at the time of final settlement.
3. This shall be applicable both in the cases of claims filed by the members through online or offline mode.
