3583. SHRI VISHNU DAYAL RAM:
Will the Minister of CORPORATE AFFAIRS be pleased to state:
(a) whether the Government has developed any new system for registration of companies in one day;
(b) if so, the details thereof;
(c) whether the Government has any mechanism to ensure the authenticity of such registration: and
(d) if so, the details thereof?

(a & b): Yes Sir. The Ministry of Corporate Affairs has established Central Registration Centre to process applications filed for incorporation of Companies. Through integrated SPICe+ web form deployed on 23.02.2020, a newly incorporated company gets 11 services, namely, name reservation, company incorporation, DIN allotment, PAN, TAN, EPFO registration, ESIC registration, Profession Tax registration (Maharashtra, Karnataka and West Bengal), Bank Account, GSTIN and first time registration of shops and establishment for companies getting incorporated in Delhi. If the application filed for incorporation is complete in all respect, the same is processed and approved for incorporation on an average within 1 day of filing.
(c & d): Yes Sir. Every application for incorporation of a company filed in SPICe+ webform is certified by a Professional. The Professional filing the incorporation form declares and certifies that requirements of the Companies Act, 2013 and rules have been complied with and he has personally visited the premises of the proposed registered office given in the form and the said proposed registered office of the Company will be functioning for the business purposes of the company. The proof of identity and residential address of subscribers and nominees, proof of address of the applicant company and declaration by the Director of the proposed company that information given in the form is correct is also obtained as part of the attachments to the SPICe+ webform. The Central Registration Centre verifies such details at the time of processing of the application.
