S.O. 3299(E).– In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection (2) of section 1 of the Companies (Amendment) Act, 2017 (1 of 2018), the Central Government hereby appoints the 5th July, 2018 as the date on which the provisions of Section 20 of the said Act shall come into force.
