Date on which provisions of section 4 of  Companies (Amendment) Act, 2006 shall come into force

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 14th September, 2006

S.0.1529(E).—ln exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 1 of the Companies (Amendment) Act, 2006 (23 of 2006), the Central Government hereby appoints the 16th day of September, 2006 as the date on which the provisions of Section 4 of the said Act, shall come into force.
