NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 31st March, 2003

S.O. 344 (E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Companies (Second Amendment) Act, 2002 (11 of 2003) the Central Government hereby appoints the 1^st day of April, 2003 as the date on which the provisions of section 2 and 6 of the said Act shall come into force.
