CIRCULAR
In compliance of Hon’ble High Court of Delhi order dated 15th February 2007 allowing the Official Liquidator to invite Bio-datas from the desirous qualified Chartered Accountant’s for their empanelment, the names of such desirous qualified Chartered Accountants are invited, who have preferably 5 years or more experience in the profession and are in position to provide advisory services, auditing and other assignments relating to affairs of the Company (In Liqn.) under the supervision of the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi. The terms and conditions of such empanelled Chartered Accountant’s shall be fixed by the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi. The other terms may be in accordance with the Companies (Court) Rules, 1959.
You are, requested to send your proposal/ indicating the names, addresses , contact number(s), Job profile on training completed etc. and the nature of services offered by you in a sealed envelop so as to reach the same at the Office of Official Liquidator marked to the “Kind attention: A.K. Chaturvedi, Official Liquidator, A2, W2, Curzon Road Barracks, New Delhi, by post or by hand latest by 27th April 2007.
