Amendments made by Central Government in the notification by exercising power conferred under section 210A of  companies Act 1956

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 24th April, 2007

S.O. 636(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (l ) of Section 2I0A of the Companies Act, 1956 (1 of_1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of Government of India, in the Ministry of Company Affairs, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary dated the 9th March, 2007 vide number S.O. 339(E) dated 9th March, 2007, namely :—‑

In the said notification, at serial number (2), for the words‑

“Shri T. N. Manoharan,

President of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India”

the following shall be substituted, namely :—

“Shri Sunil H. Tahiti,

President of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India”.
