NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 25th February, 2023
No. 1-CA (7)/204/2023.— In pursuance of the Regulation 159 (1A) of the Chartered Accountants Regulations, 1988, the Council of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India is pleased to notify the setting up of a Branch of Central India Regional Council in Satna District (Madhya Pradesh) with effect from January 18, 2023.
The Branch shall be known as Satna District Branch of Central India Regional Council and its Head Quarter shall be at Satna. The Jurisdiction of the Branch besides the following Places shall cover whole District of Satna:-
1. Satna
2. Amarpatan
3. Maihar
4. Majhgawan
5. Nagod
6. Ramnagar
7. Rampur Baghelan
8. Unchehra
9. Raigaon
As prescribed under sub-regulation (3) of Regulation 159, the Branch shall function subject to the control, supervision and directions of the Council through Central India Regional Council and shall carry out such directions as may, from time to time, be issued by the Council.

NOTIFICATION

No. 1-CA (7)/205/2023.— Whereas, the Council of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India vide notification no. 28-RC (4)/1/84 dated 23rdFebruary 1984 w.e.f 20thJanuary 1984 had set up a Branch of Central India Regional Council at Udaipur under Regulation 136(3) of the Chartered Accountants Regulations, 1988.
Now in partial modification of the aforesaid notification, the Council of the Institute hereby notify the detachment of Rajsamand and also places covered under Rajsamand District from the Jurisdiction of Udaipur Branch of CIRC of ICAI.
The effective date of detachment of Rajsamand and also places covered under Rajsamand District from the Jurisdiction of Udaipur Branch of CIRC of ICAI will be January 18th 2023

No. 1-CA (7)/206/2023.—Whereas, the Council of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India vide notification no. 28-RC (8)/5/88 dated 30thAugust, 1988 w.e.f 10thAugust, 1988 had set up a Branch of Northern India Regional Council at Hisar under Regulation 159(1) of the Chartered Accountants Regulations, 1988.
Now in partial modification of the aforesaid notification, the Council of the Institute hereby notify the detachment of Tohana from the Jurisdiction of Hisar Branch of NIRC of ICAI.
The effective date of detachment of Tohana from the Jurisdiction of Hisar Branch of NIRC of ICAI will be January 18th 2023
