The Disciplinary Committee and the Board of Discipline, after thorough investigations, found CAs Jigneshkumar Jaysukhlal Korat, Tanvir Singh Grover, Himani, Ramesh Kumar Maheshwari, Mohandas Belle Shetty, and Radhey Shyam Bansal guilty under various provisions of the Chartered Accountants Act, 1949, and the Chartered Accountants (Procedure of Investigations of Professional and Other Misconduct and Conduct of Cases) Rules, 2007. The penalties range from removal from the Register of Members for periods ranging from 45 days to one year, and fines between ₹75,000 to ₹1,00,000, depending on the severity of their misconduct. These actions reinforce ICAI’s commitment to maintaining high professional standards within the accountancy profession.
