NOTICE
Official Liquidator attached to the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi, invite Bio Data / Application from the eligible Chartered Accountants or firms of Chartered Accountants, who are enrolled as Members of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and are in active practice for the last 05 years and are interested to be empanelled for the Official Liquidator as Auditors in the Companies under liquidation for assignment of Investigation of affairs of Company (In Liqn.), settlement of claim of creditors, workers etc. The applicants firms who are interested may submit their applications inter alia furnishing (i) the details of income during the last 5 years along with Income Tax Returns (ii) Recommendations of two practicing Chartered Accountants having at least 10 years practice (iii) Certificate from Institute of Chartered Accountants that no disciplinary proceedings are pending against any of the proprietors / partners of the firm or the applicant Chartered Accountant.
The professional fee / remuneration shall be paid subject to the fund position of the company in liquidation and approval of the Hon’ble High Court.
The firms of Chartered Accountants, who are desirous to be empanelled as above, may send their applications the be Official Liquidator at the above mentioned address. The last date for receipt of applications(s) duly complying with above requirements is 12.11.2018.
