Customs duty exempt on manufacturing of stainless steel coils under Advance Authorisation Scheme

Vishal Metal Industries Vs Commissioner of Customs (CESTAT Allahabad) CESTAT Allahabad held that customs duty leviable on manufacturing of stainless steel coils under Advance Authorisation Scheme is exempt.
