Appoints Common Adjudicating Authority

S.O. (E). – In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Commissioner of Customs (Exports), IGI Airport, New Delhi to exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred or imposed on-

(i) the Commissioner of Customs (Airport), Chennai;

(ii) the Commissioner of Customs (Import), Chennai;

(iii) the Commissioner of Customs (Import), IGI Airport, New Delhi;

(iv) the Commissioner of Customs, Inland Container Depot, Tughlakabad, New Delhi;

(v) the Commissioner of Customs, Kandla;

(vi) the Commissioner of Central Excise, Delhi IV, Faridabad,

for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to Show Cause Notice pertaining to M/s. J. Minakshi International, Jaipur and others, issued vide DRI F.No. 23/27/2007-DZU dated the 3^rd July, 2008 by the Additional Director General, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Delhi Zonal Unit, B – 4, 6^th Floor, Paryavaran Bhawan, CGO Complex, Lodhi Road, New Delhi.
