The Short-Term Financial Forecast Tool is a fully-automated Excel-based automated tool for short-term financial forecasting. It can be readily deployed by any business without the need to customise. It employs highly advanced Custom Functions written in VBA for computing values for various budgeting/forecasting scenarios. The user can also perform Variance analysis using this tool.

In the Input Sheet in the Tool, after adding row(s) for product/service type, please fill in the data in the Product and Price fields. The two fields should not be kept blank, else, the report will throw #VALUE/#NA errors. In case you don’t need a product/service type anymore, you may click on the Remove Products button. The same logic applies for Direct Costs, Operating Costs and other sections (ie, when a row is added , the fields therein should not be blank).
