Subject: Industry requirements relating to work from home (WFH) operating under Special Economic Zones (SEZ).

Sir,

I am directed to refer to this department’s letter dated 7th January, 2021 (copy enclosed) on the subject cited above and to state that the issue has been examined and with the approval of competent authority, it has been decided that DCs may consider the requests from the industry and approve the extension of WFH facility in a liberal manner till such time when National Disaster Management Authority or State Government continues to issue orders governing this pandemic management.

2. This issues with the approval of the competent authority.
