In the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance( Department of Revenue) No. 4/2004-Service Tax, dated the 31^st March,2004 , published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i), dated the 31^st March,2004, with G.S.R.248(E), dated the 31^st March,2004, at pages 1 to 3 –

at page 2, in English version, in line 10 , for  ” clause (90) of sub-section (1)” read “clause (105)”.
