Subject: Relaxation of additional fees and request for extension of last date for filing of various e-forms under the Companies Act, 2013- Reg.
Sir,
As you are kindly aware that the last date of filing of the following forms falls on 31.12.2019:
1. Annual Return in e-forms MGT-7 (vide MCA Circular no. 13/2019 dated 29.10.2019)
2. Statement of Transfer of Amount in e-Form IEPFA-1A (vide MCA Circular No. 11/2019 dated 25.10.2019)
3. Return to the Registrar in respect of declaration under Section 90 in e-form BEN-2 (vide MCA circular no. 10/2019 dated 24.09.2019)
There are disturbances in internet services in various parts of the Country which has affected the normal work including filing of forms at the website of MCA.
Considering the above, you are requested to kindly consider granting extension of time for filing of the aforesaid forms by another month (up to 31.01.2020) without any additional fee.
We shall be pleased to provide any further information or clarification in this regard on hearing from your goodself.
