Rajeev Kher to discharge functions of Chairperson CAT

New Delhi, the 27th February, 2017

S.O. 686(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 53J of the Competition Act, 2002 (12 of 2003), the Central Government hereby authorised Shri Rajeev Kher, the senior-most Member in the Competition Appellate Tribunal (hereinafter referred to as the Tribunal), to discharge the functions of the Chairperson in the Tribunal for a period of six months with effect from the 12th day of December, 2016 or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
