NOTIFICATION NO. 25 (RE-2006)/2004-2009

NEW DELHI, DATED 2nd August, 2006

S.O.(E) In exercise of powers conferred by Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation) Act, 1992 (No. 22 of 1992) read with Para 1.3 and Para 2.1 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-2009 (as amended from time to time), the Central Government hereby makes following amendment in the Paragraph 2 of Notification No.18(RE-2006)/2004-2009 dated 04.07.2006 :-

In column 6 “Nature of Restriction” the words “Not permitted to be exported” shall be substituted by “Unless specifically permitted for export by DGFT”.

2. This issues in Public Interest.
