Notification

S.O. 176(E). – In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Companies (Amendment) Act, 2000 (53 of 2000), the Central Government hereby appoints the 1^st day of March, 2001, as the date on which the provisions of section 7 of the said Act shall come into force.
