NOTIFICATION

MAHARASHTRA TAX LAWS (LEVY, AMENDMENT AND VALIDATION) ACT, 2012.

No.VAT.1512/CR-65/Taxation – In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Maharashtra Tax Laws (Levy, Amendment and Validation) Act, 2012 (Mah. VIII of 2012), the Government of Maharashtra hereby appoints the 1st August 2012 to be the date on which the provisions of sub-section (7) of section 7, section 23 and sub-section (2) of section 26 of the said Act, shall come into force.
