Notification No. 63/2003-Customs(N.T.)

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 76A of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby directs that each of the notifications of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), specified in column (2) of the Table hereto annexed shall be amended in the manner specified in the corresponding entry in column (3) of the said Table.

2.	45/2003-CUSTOMS (N.T), dated the 22^nd July, 2003 (G.S.R 563 (E), dated the 22^nd July, 2003)	In the said notification, in paragraph 2, for the figures, letters and words “15^th day of August, 2003″, the figures, letters and words “15^th day of October, 2003″ shall be substituted.
3.	46/2003-CUSTOMS (N.T), dated the 22^nd July, 2003 (G.S.R 564 (E), dated the 22^nd July, 2003)	In the said notification, in paragraph 2, for the figures, letters and words “15^th day of August, 2003″, the figures, letters and words “15^th day of October, 2003″ shall be substituted.
