Notification No. 130/2003-Customs

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (1) of section  3A of the Customs Tariff Act,1975 (51of 1975),  the Central Government, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the  Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), vide No. 114/2003-CUSTOMS, dated  the 22^nd July, 2003, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i) vide G.S.R 573 ( E), dated the 22^nd July, 2003, namely:-

In the said notification, in the paragraph 2, for the figures, letters and words ” 15^th day of August, 2003 “, the figures, letters and words “15^th day of October, 2003″ shall be substituted.
