CORRIGENDUM

In exercise of the powers conferred under the Notification No. 37/2003-Customs (N.T.) dated 3^rd June, 2003 issued under sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Board hereby makes the following amendment in the Order F.No.437/138/2009-Cus.IV dated 2^nd December, 2009- for “the Show Cause Notice F.No. DRI/MZU/D/INV-03 (05)/08-09 (Fasttrac) dated 30.01.2009 and Show Cause Notice F.No. DRI/MZU/D/INV-03 (05) (01)/08-09 (Tyres) dated 29.04.2009 issued in case of M/s Fasttrac Impex Pvt. Ltd. and others” read “the Show Cause Notice F.No. DRI/MZU/D/INV-03 (05)/08-09 (Fasttrac) dated 30.01.2009 issued in case of M/s Fasttrac Impex Pvt. Ltd. and others and Show Cause Notice F.No. DRI/MZU/D/INV-03 (05) (01)/08-09 (Tyres) dated 29.04.2009 issued in case of M/s Satyam Overseas”
