Notification No. 37/2003-Customs(N.T)

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Board hereby appoints:-

1. Commissioner of Customs (Adjudication), Mumbai;

2. Commissioner of Customs (Adjudication), Chennai;

3. Commissioner of Customs (Adjudication), Delhi; and

4. Commissioner of Customs (Adjudication), Kolkata, as Commissioners of Customs, each having jurisdiction over the whole of India, for the purposes of adjudicating the cases as assigned to them by the Board.

CORRIGENDUM

In exercise of the powers conferred under the Notification No. 37/2003-Customs(N.T.) dated 3^rd June, 2003 issued under sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Board hereby makes the following amendment in the Order F.No.437/138/2009-Cus.IV dated 2^nd December, 2009  for

“the Show Cause Notice F.No. DRI/MZU/D/INV-03 (05)/08-09 (Fasttrac) dated 30.01.2009 and Show Cause Notice F.No. DRI/MZU/D/INV-03 (05) (01)/08-09   (Tyres) dated 29.04.2009 issued in case of M/s Fasttrac Impex Pvt. Ltd. and others”read
