Notification No. 13/2006-Customs (N.T.)

S.O. (E). – In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Commissioner of Customs (Imports), Jawahar Custom House, Nhava Sheva, District Raigad, Maharashtra to act as Commissioner of Customs (Imports), Ballard Estate, Mumbai and Commissioner of Customs(Imports), Air Cargo Complex, Sahar, Mumbai for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to show cause notice pertaining to M/s Karan Enterprises, Moti baug, Shed M, Plot 21, Natraj Compound, Near R.K. Studio, Chembur, Mumbai and Others, issued vide F.No.DRI/MZU/C/INV-15/04-05, dated the 29^th  July, 2005, by the Additional Director General, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Mumbai Zonal Unit, 3^rd/4^th Floor, Hotel Waldorf Building, 16, Arthur Bunder Road, Colaba, Mumbai – 400006.
