G.S.R. 407(E).-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (2) of section 36 of the Recovery of Debts Due to Banks and Financial Institutions Act, 1993 (51 of 1993), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Debts Recovery Tribunal (Procedure) Rules, 1993

RBI reduces minimum daily maintenance of Cash Reserve Ratio requirement to 90 per cent

As announced in the First Bi-Monthly Monetary Policy Statement 2016-17 dated April 5, 2016, it has been decided to reduce the minimum daily maintenance of the Cash Reserve Ratio from 95 per cent of the requirement to 90 per cent effective from the fortnight beginning April 16, 2016.

Submission of Form 61B: Every reporting financial institution is required to submit the Statement of Reportable Account in Form 61B or submit Nil statement. The prescribed schema for Form 61B and a utility to prepare XML file can be downloaded from thee-filing website home page under forms (other than ITR) tab. The designated director is required to login to the e-filing website with the ITDREIN, PAN (of the designated director) and password The form is required to be submitted using a Digital Signature Certificate of the designated director.
